Online store bad service

I have ordered from the online store on 14th Jan. The website say delivery country wide 2-5days. On the 15th Jan the online order system showed that my order was processed, and I will receive tracking information about the delivery. It is now 23 January and still no news or package. I have enquired by email on the 18 and again on the 19th. By online chat on the 20th who indicated the matter is escalated to warehouse. By phone on the 23rd and request to speak to manager. Only empty promises with no commitment were received. Paid in full but did not receive any package. Pathetic for a technology company and especially IStore.
