Online shopping not fun anymore -***

I use to love shopping online from the istore but lately its just been an inconvenience especially if you buy small products they tend to send you the wrong stuff then you need to send it back then they dont have stock ....... I ordered a camera wasnt working properly sent it back. they received it I had to contact them 3 times , 1st time they told me ill hear back a week ago friday, heard nothing contacted again they said ill hear last week friday they processed it they will get back to me, never heard a word, contacted yesterday said I never heard anything because they dont have stock to replace the faulty camera so I said now you people just keep quiet and not say anything, opted for the voucher he said ill have it in 24hr , guess what 24hr gone no word and no voucher. I will really think twice before shopping online from them because just become a stress if you getting the right product and if its not working you struggle like this. I just saw they processed the gift card but cancelled it, not sure what thats about, O wait I do probably one of those *********** employees i spoke to on whatsapp.
