Online IStore service delivery

Hi. I Purchased 20K worth of electronics from MyIStore online. The electronic payment went through the next day and to my Surprise the courier arrived at my door the next day. With only half the order. All documentation state that there is only 1 parcel in the shipment. I went online to see the shipment details where I noticed that the order is complete and all items is shipped. I contacted the call desk who advised me to send an email to "***" Which I did, got an confirmation email with a reference number. It been more than 2 working days since the Mail and no reply. Tried to contact call center again(twice). Got told they will call me back... I'm waiting... Seem to me once they got your money, service delivery become a roamer.
