Online IStore Service

I ordered a laptop from the online istore during the lockdown. Their website said that they were able to do deliveries and sales of laptops. The payment went through and I received an email from them stating that delivery could take up to a week for outlying areas.

It's been two weeks now and my order still says "processing". I've sent 3 support mails over this period that remain unanswered.

After my first call to them a week ago they said that it was being sent "soon". A second call a week later they said that they would get a manager to phone back with details of delivery.

I'm still waiting for either this call or the manager to phone.

In the past orders would take at most 2 days for delivery to happen but this time their service is absolutely pathetic.
