Online istore no use

I am very disappointed and had the worst service in a long time. App**** for contract 2 weeks ago. Had immediate confirmation of my application. Nothing since then. I have phoned and did online chat 3 times, their answer was it was given through to supervisor they will contact me. And still nothing ... very disappointed.
