Online Application

I app**** online for a cellular contract via Istore. I followed up on the request by phoning them within the first week and I get that people are busy, but this is week 2 now and I have not received any call from them, not even a email. I thought this is going to be a breeze doing this through Istore, but looks like everything is a struggle. I am a huge fan of doing stuff online, because it normally works, but this is unpleasant.
