Online Adv of a discontinued product, WHY ???????

I was looking for Ipod shuffle and found on Istore page adv with price and product. On calling the call center to find out more. The sales person first made me feel as if i was lying. I then send him a screen shot on the istore webpage. " All i got was, I am sorry, we do not have the product"

My question is why advertise a product you do not have??????????????????

Apple product specially Ipod shuffle i like good quality sound and small and easy to us while exercising, but the re-seller in South Africa "Core Group" horrible customer service.

In my experience most companies with head office in Gauteng have terrible customer service.
