online 1 store pathetic service

i did a onine application 29th october i did follow up on the 3rd november oh so helpfull no problem i will have my phone on the 4 or 5th the latest and nothing on the 8 th i followed up again oh sorry but the courier hs not picked up on the 9th they eventually had a waybill number nd promise it would be deliver on the 10th well guess what now the courier company logged the wrong address so now its tomorrow this has cost me more airtime then please hey are the worse they hve not once phoned i had to phone them even today after i ranted in email they don't even bother to reply so i don't know if this is how they do business i shudder to think what ill happen if i have a problem with my phone i do not advise anyone to use them there i no service i have given you a short version of what has taken place in a period of 2 weeks
