Not willing to assist

Went into Istore Clearwater mall yesterday had to swop out my phone cover as it had warrenty. The store manager Darren gave me a tough time he came up with lame excuses as to not change my cover . he gave me real bad attitude was not willing to help at all. i am not pleased with his management skills and the customer service he provides is really bad
