Not refunded money

<p>I went to istore menlyn & purchased a lightning to USB cable which when I got home it didn't work. I went back to the store on the very same day (03 January 2017) to return item. I gave the item including proof of purchase slip to a lady called Bernice,who also helped me with the refund process. I was told to email my banking details & my money will be transferred into my account in 5 to 10 days time.Three months down the line there is still no money paid into my account. I went back there & met with a mr Suhail Nabee who told me that he will contact the bank & enquire,he told me tha he will call me in an hours time,and he did & told me the bank will contact either him or me. 2 weeks passed and still no call from him or the bank. What makes me angry is that I spend a lot of money to travel to menlyn & I come back disappointed. This is unprofessional from istore as I am a big fan of Apple. I followed all the necessary procedures and they try to cover their negligence by delay tactics. Please can I have help getting my money as I need that money. I'd also appreciate compensation on money I used for traveling to menlyn.</p>
