Not Happy at all.

<p>i went in to tatke new contract out at Istore Canal walk and the biggest mistake ever. asked for a specific phone and was told to me that they can do it. went through all the proper prosedures got approved. as usual the system was down wich i cant fault things happen and once online again it was said the specific headset i wanted is not available on the Cell C network. im not at all happy and why shouild the colour of the exact phone change a contract. if there is anything cell c can do to resolve this asap i would be very happy if not i shall take my business elsewhere. last thing thank you for all your effort Brendon cell c rep working in Istore canal walk you one of the very few that goes the extra mile for the client. much appreciated. cell c need more people like yourself.</p>
