Non-delivery of online order, no response to queries

I foolishly attempted to upgrade a Vodacom contract on this company's shockingly amateurish website. They allegedly offer delivery within two days. Needless to say, their lies and promises, and reality, are two different things. After hearing nothing for 4 days, I logged a query and received a meaningless response, alleging that my inquiry had been "escalated." (i.e. ignored.) I then queried it again, no response. I then logged a third query, but no response.

I would suggest that iStore moves their stores a large tent, because clearly it is a circus.
