No support

Good day I have a the power beats Pro headsets and for some reason the left ear device does not keep power or charge for long I fail to understand how Apple or Istore can sell something they don't repair which is totally obserd. Such bad service as nobody knows what to do as they just advise you to buy new ones. My point do t sell some thi g you don't have the means to repairs it.
