No stock with unfriendly service as an added extra

After trying in vain on the website to get the store's contact details (to enquire about stock) I was forced to physically go to the store (having to pay about R10 for petrol as well as R10 for parking). Initially the sales person (Tim) tried to sell me another special offer, misunderstanding the one I was requesting. When I showed him (on their website) which offer he was referring to he fortunately understood what I was actually looking for. He then checked for stock, but the store was out of stock (apart from a returned phone which he offered I could check myself- but with no hardware knowledge or skills, alas this poor customer was unable to make use of that offer).<br> I then asked if he could let me kow if any of the other Istores perhaps have the phone in stock - to qwhcih he rep**** 'no'. I then proceeded to give him feedback that the 'check for stock' functionality on the Istore website does not work. Tim then eduicated me and said that it did not work because it poses a security risk. I this point I was so perplexed that I left the store.
