No stock for 4 months. 1 hour wait to collect

I went into the IStore in November 2014 to organize a phone upgrade as one was due on my contract. Apparently it takes 4 months for them to get stock. When they eventually called me, I went to collect, only to be kept waiting for an hour for the phone. <br> <br> It seems that they couldn't care less about their customers experience.
