No Staff in Store 3 DAYS LATER

I went into i Store Canal Walk 9H30 Sunday Morning to get a i Phone 6 ( ANY COLOUR ANY ONE )as I am long over due for an VODACOM upgrade. ( AND THEY DO HAVE LOTS OF STOCK AVAILABLE )<br> I was told the upgrade consultant only comes to work later on in the day ?? So I left my upgrade number my and cell number's and gave them my Id to make a clear copy. <br> Told them to please contact me when I can come back when the person finally comes to work and I will come back to collect and sign.<br> It is now 3 DAYS LATER and I have called Apple to ask whats happening and still can't get any answer from anybody.<br> Its So easy to go into Incredible connection or Voda Shop to upgrade'' It takes a 15 minutes and will be out with my new Phone. <br> I just cannot understand why its SO difficult to upgrade at an i store.
