'No Service' phone

Good day, I'm quite upset by the fact that I'm sending this mail because my iPhone has been discontinued.

It states "no service" (and it's not a service provider issue; I double-checked) and your stores want me to pay for something I didn't do; it's not an error on my part, but on yours.
