No service and useless staff Sandton Drive iStore

My device was taken to iStore for a repair on 14/11/2016 under the iCare Warranty, the phone was replaced and I bought a new Survivor cover and installed it on the unit while in store (replacement unit) Since then the unit has been giving me some issues, I returned in again to the iStore. All was returned and confirmed that the device was within the 90 day return policy, all was well.

It has been 3 weeks now, only received a quote from Core Services asking if I accept or decline, when emailing the consultant Natasja Badenhorst
Customer Service Administrator on more than 7 occassions, no response was provided. There after another consultant contacted me Dimakatso Maloka on the 9th of Feb , she said she will find out what is going - still no confirmation and no response.

When purchasing an expensive unit such as the iPhone and taking into consideration that Apple is known for customer service and satisfaction, I belief this is truly a misconception for the iStore on Sandton Drive, there is no service! Not sure whether they love working via email only because they also dont respond but when trying to contact them by calling, they are just unavailable.

The iStore Sandton Drive is a disgrace and I sure hope someone that knows what is going on can contact me so this can be resolved.

On the same day I also booked my MacBook Pro in for a check up, I receive sms's stating the device is ready for collection, but no one can tell me what they found or if the issue was fixed.

Why can this not be dicslosed and why are quotes only sent out to replace, why is there no customer service or feedback????
