No sales or customer service skills. Bad attitude

I'm so disappointed at Puleng Modisane @Istore Eastgate mall. On two different days, this girl showed me that she is just an order taker and has no customer service or sales skills. I had to suggested other things that she should have as a sales person. Disappointing I swear just useless. Her attitude is just as bad. She should move to reception honestly. Do better @Istore and train your staff
