No response from online store for a product return

<p>I have been trying for days to get hold of someone from istore online - no-one responds to emails, the telephone goes unanswered and they dont even respond to the online chat forum. Seems like a big black hole! So irritated and fed up. Tried calling the istore complaints dept and that telephone also goes unanswered!!! Help?! I have been trying for a few days now and im afraid that i will loose my 7 day window period for returns - through no fault of mine ! Service sucks</p> <p> </p>
