No response from Istore

I’ve app**** online for a MTN cell phone contract via the apple Istore platform the response was that an agent will call me with in 3 days. I’m now going into week 2 without any reply. Don’t think think is living up to the Apple or MTN brand. I’ve even requested feedback on the site and visited the ballito store not one single reply.
