No Refund response

I pre-order the Apple Watch Ultra on 20 September. *** - I have cancelled this pre-order on your their website twice. I also called their call centre 3x last week, Wednesday & Friday. I rejected the delivery and still I have not received my refund from them. Their call centre agents have no idea where to direct inquiries to. No response from the supervisors when I request them to phone me back. This is really bad service from the Core group. I am now taking this to the media.
