No refund on cancelled order

Purchased a phone through my business, their online process did not have stock however there was stock at a store. Warning flag # 1 was asking me to pay again in store and cancel the online order for a refund. I did so. I was promised a refund in 10 business days. That has come and gone and absolutely no response to email or queries. Avoid. There are far more reputable suppliers of Apple devices for business.
