No interest in defective cellphone cover sold

<p>I bought an iphone 7 with a Speck Presidio CLEAR case from the istore in Sandton. After a month the edges of the case turned completely brown. I went to the istore to complain. They responded that it is my problem. They were not at all interest to hear about the defective product they sell and dismissed my concern completely not even ackowledging that I have a valid complaint. The sales person assisting me had a flippant and disrespectful attitude. They just push sales and have zero interest in after-sales service</p>
