No Feedback or response

I'm very disappointed with the service from iStore in Sandton City. On Saturday (24 Oct) I waited for over an hour to have a consultant assist me with a new contract application with Cell C. Eventually the lady assisted me, who then told me I should get feedback by Monday on my contract application. Monday came and no communication from her. On Tuesday (27Oct) I decided to call their call center, since I cannot contact the store directly, and they told me they will send an email to the store and I should get a call within 2 to 4 hours. Today is Wednesday (28 Oct) I still haven't received a call or anything from the store, so I called the call center again, and after looking through their system told me that the problem was never communicated with the store on Tuesday. So I initiated a new complaint with the call center agent who told me they are calling the store now and I should get feedback in 2 hours. After all that and more than two hours later, I still haven't heard a word from the store.<br> All I request is feedback or some kind of communication. I will be paying for the product, they are not giving it for free. I deserve good service.<br> <br> Very disappointed. Case 745527
