No feedback

<p>We app**** for 2 x contracts through the iStore in Brooklyn. We were told that we could not bundle the contracts so my husband and I had to apply seperately. We handed in ALL the required documentation on Thursday, 14 July. </p> <p> </p> <p>The one contract was approved and we collected the phone but we have recieved NO feedback on the other contract. I have tried calling the iStore in Brooklyn and there is no answer. We went to the store on Monday, 18 July and the lady said the phone was on silent and they will let us know what is happening with the other contract the next day. Today is Wednesday (4 working days) and we have still heard NOTHING from them!!!! I told them that we need the phones urgently as we cancelled our previous contracts due to high rates and terrible service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am NOT impressed with this service and I keep trying to contact the iStore for feedback. </p>
