No customer care. Just business

When bought a screen protector from iStore Menlyn in 2022. Which lasted me till 2024. First week of April I went into the store and purchased another one. 3 weeks later, the screen protector is already lifting. After only 3 weeks, after spending R400 on it. The consultant told me they only replace screen protectors after 48 hours. And mentioned that their product is not guaranteed to stick. And my only option is to pay another R400 to replace it. The manager didn’t even bother trying to have customers etiquette. The only thing I heard is no we don’t…. And she walked away into the back.

A screen protector might not seem like a big deal. However, spending R400 on something that won’t even last a month is bizarre to me.

Lastly, no one has ever bothered telling me about the 48 hour warranty they have.
