No contact from Istore Card division over a month after they said they will!!

<p>I am trying to apply for a Istore Card but the website is not working.I called the Istore Card devision plenty of times and every time they said someone will look into my query and call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even send them emails a month ago,which they rep**** and said someone will give me a call. Up to date no one called me or even tried to help my.
