No Communication. Worste SERVICE

I app**** for a contract phone on Tuesday.I was told that they will give me feedback by Thursday. On Thursday i received no form of communication, i then decided to follow up on it. I text iStore on Facebook as they East-gate number rings with no answer. After sending through the matter that is only when they called me to advice that they have a problem as it doesn't show any status on they side, whether vodacom approved it or not. The consultant told me she has escalated the matter with her manager, she will not be in at work today but someone will call me. I am still waiting for a response even now. Called the east-gate branch again,but no answer.

What is customer service with no communication.????????? Can someone call me so that i can cancel this contract so that i can submit it somewhere else, where they will be able to assist me .
