NO communication after my laptop's keyboard was damaged/broken by workshop

I handed my laptop in at Istore, Centurion on 15/07/2020 the first time. After I received my laptop back from the workshop, the keyboard was not working. It was handed back in on the same day. It was shipped on 02/08/2020 and on 07/08/2020 I received a new quotation including the repair cost of the keyboard which was damaged by the Istore/Core technicians. I rejected the quotation, explaining why. I have visited, tried to do live chat several times with no success and up to today I have not heard a word from Istore. The first time handed in was 15 July 2020!!
