No after sales product support

I dropped my new iPhone 8 and broke the glass back. I went to the Mall of Africa iStore to give it in for repairs. I was told that they don’t repair the glass back of the phone but that I could buy a swop out phone at 60% of the new price (R14 000). When I asked whether they could refer me to someone who could replace the glass they said that they didn’t know of anyone. This is unacceptable after sales service and shows a total lack of support on their product.
