New device application

I recently app**** for a new contract at Apple iStore Sandton City. This was on the 21st of December 2023. The consultant advised that my new application and documents needed to be verified first and this should take about 2dats at most. It’s already a week later and still no feedback from the store whatsoever. What makes it worse is that there are no contact details for any of the iStore branches. Can I kindly get a MTN consultant at Sandton City to give me an update for my contract application.
