New cables not working x - no response

I bought two new cables from Istore South Africa in sandton. They apparently come with a one year guarantee.

Two months later both stopped working at some point. I emailed istore around 4 months ago advising this, but there was no response.

They charge an arm and a leg for cables that don’t work, and fail to respond. I bought an IPhone 11 Pro Max for 28k a few days before and their service was superb.

As with most companies - amazing sales service, no after sales service.
