Never Buying an iPhone AGAIN!!!!

<p>I am writing this letter to notify anyone wanting to buy an iPhone that they should never consider it, rather buy a SAMSUNG. I have just had my second Iphone 6S PLUS pack up on me. The support here in South Africa here absolutely sucks!! They have no one who actually repairs their phones once they have sent the device to Johannesburg, as they just state they cannot fix it and they need to replace it. My phone was out of Warranty by 4 months and now they want to replace the device. I spent R17000-00 on the phone as I bought it cash and it doesnt even last 2 years!!! I have spent alot of money at the I-Store over the last 2 years, purchasing a Macbook, Ipad. I-Watch, 2 Iphones( The second of which I was forced to buy as my business relies heavily on it, while the 1st phone I had also had hardware issues and was sent off for an assesment). I Have spent over R50000-00 at this shop and the least they could do is give me a replacement device and not charging me R6800-00 to replace the device of which I have looked after the whole time I have had it. I really do find it unfair that consumers out there are paying a lot of money for something that does not even last 2 years!!! To them their customers are just another number. I will most certainly be going down an avenue in the future when it comes to the selection of Phones. Istore South Africa you are a huge disappointment!!!!!!</p>
