Never buy online from the istore

Never buy online from the Istore. I have always been extremely happy with the service at the Store Eastgate but the online ordering from the IStore is terrible. I ordered an item last week and till today I dont have it. Spoke to several people on their chatline who are all confused and cant solve my problem. They originally sent my parcel to Rustenburg and I stay in Witbank. If the courier makes a mistake they just dont seem to take responsibility. At the moment my R500 I spent seems to be money thrown down the drain as I dont have my item or my money back
