Myistore Support is Pathetic

Myistore Support is Pathetic, the Technical ticketing system is useless, how long must I wait to get help. I bought a new Iphone Brand new which we cannot access. After a week I get a message saying they will get back to us. Guess what I moved to SAMSUNG and so Glad I did. Getting rid of my Macbook, Ipad and moving everything over. PATHETIC
