myIstore robbing me blind with interest due to their mistake and making promises to reslove, but not actually doing anything about it

I hope this message appears somewhere where it can be a warning to someone. Do not go for the iStore card. It's a ****. I bought an iMac from iStore on their budget option. This meant that monthly they would take R1800 which I could easily pay back. I selected this option in checkout. Instead they took the full amount off in one purchase and now I'm paying interest on nearly R50,000.

To make things worse, this now is the full rate of interest and not the low rate that they promise when you select the pay monthly option, AS I DID.

This was bought on the 15th of June. The issue was raised with them and they guaranteed me that the problem will be resolved by the following month.

I paid more than R2500 in interest in August, only to receive another SMS saying I needed to pay them another R3500 before 1 September.

After bringing this to their attention on Monday, 27th Aug they have done NOTHING since then till today. No contact, so assurance, no sympathy.

I am absolutely disgusted and would warn anyone who is thinking of going this option to be very very careful. Where Apple might have fantastic service, resistor is just a disgusting re-seller of apple products and their lever of customer service is incredibly poor. This ERROR on their side is costing me more in interest per month than what it should have in 2 years.
