Myistore not for me!!!!

I bought a new apple phone.Because iStore icould not help me with what i want the yellow 128G XR even their online was out of stock and they could not tell me when they will receive stock as Apple America sends what and when they want according to the telesales person.I had to buy it from Incredible Connection.I bought my ipad and my previous phone and my apple watch with Istore.No problem with restoring all my data from the old to the newphone except the watch data.i am having a problem and revert to the online chat help desk on the 15th July 2019.According to Asanda she cannot help me as i did not buy my phone with them.So what about my ipad and previous phone.But mostly what about my watch i bought from them.Bad service all around.Her advise !!get apple directly to help you.I will definitely be switching over to samsung on all my products when the time comes to upgrade.I have had it with bad service.my query was just info based as i could not restore he backup of the watch.Thanks for nothing myistore chatline !!
