My first visit to South Africa's LARGEST iStore location.

Overall ALL the staff here were very welcoming & pleasant, from the security personnel in black uniform to staff in blue tee-shirts. 10/10 rating for sure for this visit.

Mr Omar took care of our queries regarding their range of Apple tee-shirts which is exclusive at this store. No other Apple Store carries these.

Again this store has a no-open policy which was nicely explained to us IMO just confirmation bias as to why. I just don’t buy it. Apple can review this policy otherwise it is really a put-off.

Mr Omar just did his job, can’t fault him. He was very congenial & helpful in the end. So I confirmed with this store that is only allowed to open the tee-shirt after buying it. And if I do not like it, after examining the product, I can get a refund. C’mon Apple store POS operations?!? A pretty silly way to do sales of apparels. Maybe stop selling tee-shirts (pun intended 😉). Only 3 stars instead of 5 for this no-open policy. Again my review hopes to improve users experience. I am not from the city!
