MTN service at istore vaal mall is ****

My name is Bontlenyane Tladi & have a contact with MTN im so frustrated with istore vaal mall, i came here yesterday 22nd December 12pm to do an mtn upgrade i waited 3 hours before i was assisted & did the application half way through because the store closed at 4pm they said their system automatically kicks them out at 4pm. So today which is 23rd December i came back again at 12pm the application was approved after 2 hours of waiting. Now that im supposed to receive the phone they telling me the system is closed for business they can’t do an invoice as i result i must come back after 48 as it takes that long to resolve the matter. the store closes at 8pm i don’t understand why their system closed for end of business. It’s christmas in 2 days i haven’t done any preparation because i have been sitting for 2 days in their stored with a success the phone is my daughter’s xmas present. What do i give her for xmas? How can MTN not answer their calls to open their system at istore vaal maal
