MTN is down and we can't do new contracts or upgrades
Fantastic MTN Black Friday iStore special. Go in to the Sandton store, with all documentation required, hand to the allocated consultant Luyanda who's as friendly as anything - then the problems start. Sorry sir, MTN is down and we can't do new contracts or upgrades, Sure I'll wait....and follow up daily since then. It's been 2 weeks already and still waiting.
Surely that is not acceptable?
Let me as customer know what's going on so I can go elsewhere if you cant honour your service....

08 Dec 2023, 10:11So i finally get a response...some mumbo jumbo about the system that MTN uses being different to what istore is using for MTN. we can't help you, you dont get the black friday deal, rather go to MTN directly to sort out what we as istore are *********** to resolve for you as a customer!! classic, drag their feet over a black friday special when they had no intention of honouring it at all!
