Most USELESS service in iSTORE ever!!!

so this is very simple. Apple iStore Somertset Mall is the worst pace I have ever been to. I upgraded through the istore and the was a mistake on mtn's side. I drove through the 7th time to the store to try to fix it. The manager Shawcut Adams is doing NOTHING from his side to help. He is useless and don't see him as someone taking controle. The was something on the floor that was helping me but she is more useless. She promised me 3 times already she will phone me back but everytime is was a lie. She **** in front of the manager about stuff she gave me and told then go look on the camera. Still not sorted out and every time she say 24 to 48 hours and it will be fix. then I go back the folling to days and then she is not working. I HATE THE ISTORE because of this. Will ban that place for life. He know the lady who helped me and can't work there anymore because of all the lies and time she wasted of me.
