Misrepresentation at sales stage

I was sold an MTN contract, by your agents, iStore in Clearwater.

The defining decision on whether to go with MTN or Vodacom was the promotion on the 30GIG data that was offered by MTN, even if it meant having to migrate from my service provider, Cell C. The offering included 20GIG for Youtube and 10 GIG anytime.

It was never mentioned during any of the conversations, and NO I never saw a pamphlet or any promotional information via the web or in-store, that the data would only be available for 30 days since purchase of contract.

Being in possession of uncapped wifi at home and work, it would mean that the data offering would last me a very long time and this the reason for going with the airtime option as well.

I believe that this is clear misrepresentation and needs to be looked into as a matter of urgency.

I also expect this to be rectified by reinstating my data based on the false pretense that I was presented with.
