Misleading Information and Breach of Trust – Black Friday Pricing Dispute

On November 28th, I visited the iStore in Tygervalley to take out an iPad Air (Cellular + Wi-Fi, 128GB) at the advertised Black Friday price of R499 per month for 36 months. The consultant assisting me informed me that the device was out of stock and advised me to place the order online, assuring me that the Black Friday pricing would still apply. I completed the online application in-store with their assistance. Today, I received a call to finalize the contract details, only to be told that the Black Friday pricing does not apply. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I would never have gone through the effort of applying had I been given accurate information. This is a breach of trust and a poor customer experience. I expect this to be rectified immediately
