Misleading & Greedy

Brace yourselves for this one because my recent experience with the iStore was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought in my Mac, which was practically flawless except for a teeny-tiny blemish on one keyboard key. They initially quoted me R18,000, which seemed reasonable. But hold on, the plot thickens - suddenly, they decided to drop the offer to R8,700, all because of this minuscule blemish that didn't affect the computer's functionality or visibility! I can't help but feel like they were just looking for an excuse to undervalue my Mac. It's infuriating to think they might've resold it at the full market value of R18,000 after giving me a raw deal. This blatant greed and unfair treatment have seriously *****ed my view of this establishment. I used to trust them, but now I wouldn't recommend them for resale or trade-ins. This experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'm seriously doubting their entire business ethos.
