<p>Middle MAN CHARITY at Apple istore gateway.</p> <p>The second time I visited apple istore and am I disbelief at the service offered. If you are interested in being treated like a everyone is doing you a favor - then gateway istore is just the place for you. Firstly, please notice how most of the staff prop themselves on the railing outside to avoid eye contact with any customers. When you eventually manage to hunt someone down to help you... your questions about cellphone contracts and deals available will be met with lots of "im not sure" "check online" Which makes me wonder...? Is istore open for me to look at cheap manicures on consultants that pride themselves telling me that they don't know what's on offer at istore because they only work at the store part time? Is part time a synonym for voluntary work now? Don't people get payed for part time work? If yes, then why am I selling the product to myself ???</p> <p>Service at gateway today was unspeakable. If you would like the consultants name - il gladly provide you with them - just so that you don't have to waste a solid two hours teaching a product specialist how to sell their products... until then I hope SARS allows tax deductions on istore visits because if any part of the fee goes to paying employees - it's pure charity for a store that begging for better service !</p> <p>Where will the buck end? #managingmywallet not #managingstaff</p> <p>Is istore even bothered that their ratings are junk?
