Menlyn istore's service is very disappointing

The service at istore menlyn is not a pleasant one. On the 23rd of December i wanted to apply for a cellphone contract, I got there at 18:38 and was attended at 19:20 by Marshal Smal the most disrespectful and rude consultant I've ever came across. She told me i can't apply for cellphone contract after 19:00 and when i told her that I've been at the store befor 7 O'clock and i called before coming to the store i wasn't told of that information but i still got to the store on time and was delayed by their poor service. She told me that there's nothing she can do about the fact that i wasn't attended on time and am not the only one who wants to apply for a contract. I am certain that I'll never waste my time and petrol and go back to that store ever in my life, i wouldn't even recommend it to anyone
