Istore Menlyn, Pretoria As I arrived i asked to upg**** my Telkom contract and was told that all the consultants doing upgrades are on lunch and have a waiting period of 2.5 - 3 hours. After 2.5hrs i went back to the store and asked about 2 consultants on the floor busy on laptops (not with any client) to assist with and upgrade, one consultant busy packing out stock, told the one I asked he will help when he is done and the one I asked said she’s busy sorry. I then left and didnt returned as the service was poor and i didnt have MORE time to waste!
