Maybe it's time to move on from Apple?

Worst experience in my life, I went to them only to first wait almost an hour to book in my phone, for a crack on my glas not the inside screen.

the lady that booken in my phone was extremely arrogant un professional, and just could not give a f of the client that at the end of the day ensure she gets paid.

requested manger, **** was he even more *********** and did not care.

Apple is a good product but support sucks, specially at iStore Menlyn Park- i'm truly disappointed.

out of +- 10 clients that was at the service center at least 8 was having problems.

Maybe it's time to move on from Apple?

truly disappointed, we as consumers pay so much for a product, and don't get after purchase service.....
