Manager useless in getting back to me

I had an issue with my macbook.<br> Brought the computer in to be repaired. Apple offers a loan computer if your personal computer goes in for repairs. I was informed by the manager at the istore in vodaworld would call me as soon as one became available. This was a matter of urgency as I needed this for work.<br> The manager is yet to call me.<br> I tried to call the store to get info of when the loan computer would be ready but to contact an istore is almost impossible.<br> I managed to get through to the istore help-desk who told me that the line was busy so they could not put me through. They said that they had left a message for the manager to call me and yet again, the manager never got back to me.<br> I think that this service was shocking and due to this, I have lost a lot of faith with Apple!
